Crimson Dragoons - Guild Ranks & Requirements

This guide describes the ranks of our guild and there raiding requirements of each. It also provides info on what loot and dkp each can recieve, earn and be deducted for.

Guild Master/Officer/Class Reps: Think these ranks go perty much without description. When the guild master is not on the officers will run raids and take care of dkp and any other situations that arise. During raids class officer and reps will help there classes via chat channels, private msg or vent. Required to make 66% of raids each week. Eligible to recieve DKP, Bonus DKP and Penalities. First chances at raid loot.

Core Raider: These individuals are promoted to this rank due to there dedication to raids and help the guild in all ways. They have access to more of the guild banks slots. Are the given first choice of raiding spots. Required to make 66% of raids each week. Eligible to recieve DKP, Bonus DKP and Penalities. First chances at raid loot.

Raider: Individuals that have requested to be known as a raider and shown to be worthy. Have access to most guild bank slots. Are given second choice of raiding spots. Required to make 66% of raids each week. Eligible to recieve DKP, Bonus DKP and Penalities. First chances at raid loot.

Member: Individuals that still want to raid but dont want as much responsiblity. Have access to limited bank slots. Given third choice in raiding spots. Required to make 1 raid each week. Eligible to recieve DKP and Penalities. Second Chances at raid loot.

Non-Raider: Individuals that dont raid but still enjoy being in guild. Have limited access to bank slots. Can still come to raid but are taken very last. Have no requirement to raid. No eliglbe to recieve DKP but can recieve raid loot if no one else wants(including new recruits) and have the amount deducted. These are mainly alts of members but a few other selected people.

New Recruit: Individuals that have applied to our guild. Very limited access to guild bank slots. Required to make 66% of raids for the 2 week trial period. Earn DKP and can recieve items if no one else wants.

All ranks if need are required to raid if we need to fill a spot in raid, after all we are a raiding guild. Even if you only have 30 mins or less to be on if we need you we expect you to come and help.

A person can request promotion or demotion at anytime. For promotion the individaul must be willing to accept all aspect of his new rank, including the raiding requirements. Also individuals may not swap ranks more then once in a month, excluding New Recruits to Member after 2 weeks then to Raider. Ill give example to make sure its clear here. Say person A becomes a raider. He is now stuck at raider for one month, after that he can request to be demoted. If demoted he cannot become a raider again for another month.
